Todd Redding and his State Farm team are FANTASTIC. I cannot say enough positive things about Todd and the service I have received from him. This man and his office are TOP NOTCH. I have had a bad year with my vehicle: 2 broken windshields, front end collision, and most recently my car was broken into. Each and every time I emailed Todd, he IMMEDIATELY emailed me back. Both times my windshield was broken, Todd had a check in the mail to cover the replacement cost the next day. When I had a front end damage, his office provided outstanding service in processing the claim. And most recently, when my vehicle was broken into, he worked to make sure that the loss of my stolen items and broken window were paid out by State Farm within a day or two. In an age where insurance companies get a bad wrap, Todd deserves credit for always being there to help me. This is a great State Farm branch and I HIGHLY recommend it.

Poor communication. I signed up and paid for insurance and was automatically assigned to this agent. Suddenly two months later I receive a bill in the mail because my drivers ed verification report wasn't received (I assumed this was on file from my previous state farm insurance six months ago, and if not someone should have reached out and told me this), and another letter indicating that state farm didn't receive a signature for uninsured motorist and PIP which may increase my bill even more. I checked all my mail, email, and messages on the statefarm site and no communication sent over from this agent indicating that they needed these two pieces of information. I tried calling to handle the situation before writing this review, but phone keeps going to voicemail. I'm not sure about others, but I am certainly not up for paying more money just because information that the insurance agency needed was never communicated to me.
